Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Milling Machine Operator to join a precision-driven manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts that meet tight tolerances. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CNC machining, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to troubleshoot programs and ensure consistent part accuracy in a fast-paced production setting.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, including entering and adjusting programs as needed.
• Troubleshoot machining issues to maintain accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Monitor tool wear and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain machine and workspace cleanliness while adhering to all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Minimum of 2 years of CNC milling experience working with metal components.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and basic CNC program modification.
• Strong technical math and measurement skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently.
• Basic computer literacy for operating machine interfaces and inspection documentation.
