Job Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Cabinet Maker to join a high-quality woodworking team in Maple Grove specializing in custom cabinetry. This hands-on role involves working with machinery and hand tools to cut, fabricate, and assemble wood components for premium residential and commercial cabinetry. Candidates should have experience with face frame and frameless (European-style) construction and a strong attention to detail.

• Cut, fabricate, and assemble custom wood components
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Verify accuracy of cuts and final dimensions
• Build cabinetry using face frame and frameless systems
• Collaborate with team members and transition into the Assembly Department

• Proficient in reading blueprints and drawings
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Skilled with woodworking tools and equipment
• High attention to detail and quality
• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift 50+ lbs safely and regularly
• Work performed in a climate-controlled woodworking shop
• Exposure to wood dust, machine noise, and occasional fumes
