Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cycle Counter to join the first shift team in Hamel. In this key role, you will support accurate inventory control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by performing cycle counts and documenting material movement. The ideal candidate will have experience working with inventory systems, strong computer skills, and a collaborative attitude. This position provides the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and uphold inventory integrity.

• Maintain inventory accuracy consistent with company policies and procedures
• Accurately document material movement within the inventory system
• Use ERP systems to locate, troubleshoot, and verify inventory data
• Support inventory-related process improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy

Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of inventory or material handling experience in manufacturing
• Experience using an ERP system for inventory management
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift and move materials and totes (up to 50 lbs)
