Job Summary:
The CNC Machinist plays a critical role in transforming raw materials into precision components that meet exact engineering and customer requirements. This is a hands-on machining position for someone who takes pride in tight tolerances, clean setups, and high-quality results. You’ll work independently on CNC equipment, interpret detailed prints, and ensure every part leaving your machine reflects craftsmanship and accuracy. • Set up and operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision components
• Machine parts according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Apply GD&T principles to achieve proper tolerances and part functionality
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to verify accuracy
• Manage jobs according to production schedules and deadlines
• Record job progress and production data accurately
• Maintain machines for optimal performance and safe operation
• Follow all safety, quality, and customer requirements
• Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision components

• Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanically inclined, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to independently set up and operate CNC machines
• Machine Tool Technology diploma or equivalent hands-on machining experience preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Proficiency using precision measurement and inspection tools
