Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator – CNC Milling/Turning Machine for a direct hire opportunity in Hamel, MN. In this role, you will operate CNC milling and turning centers, as well as manual machinery such as mills, drills, lathes, and saws, to perform routine or repetitive operations that meet customer specifications and production standards. You’ll also assist with plating operations as needed, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency in every process. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, an eye for detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy.
• Work with shop math to make accurate measurements and adjustments.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.
• Operate CNC milling/turning machine centers and manual equipment (mills, drills, lathes, saws).
