| Description | 1. Manager of the department, hiring employees, conducting training, and monitor performance 2. Monitor sales activities ensuring customer satisfaction 3. Monitor inventory counts, making sure there is current inventory for both internal as well as client needs 4. Lead in inventory days 5. Collaborate with other managers 6. Train and enforce safety rules 7. Assist in forecasting 8. Maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to build business |
| Requirements | 1. Leadership skills to lead, train, shape the department 2. Knowledge of industry, including marketing plans, security, and safety programs and regulations 3. Proficiency with spreadsheet programs like Excel 4. Sales and customer service skills with previous experience 5. Strong math skills 6. Previous mechanic and/or part sales experience 7. Product knowledge of equipment |
