Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Production Technician – Anodizing Line Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Blaine, MN. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring the anodizing line to ensure proper application of Type II and Type III anodizing processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with plating, anodizing, or line operations and demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with plating, anodizing, or line operations and demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate anodizing equipment, including rectifier controllers and hoists.
• Apply Type II and Type III anodizing processes to metal parts per specifications.
• Adjust voltage, amperage, and processing time to achieve desired coating thickness.
• Verify racking accuracy and ensure parts are properly placed before processing.
• Perform dyeing and sealing operations post-anodizing as needed.
• Measure coating thickness and inspect product for quality and consistency.
• Record all processing data accurately and maintain detailed production logs.
• Follow safety and operational guidelines to ensure a compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet daily production targets.

Working Conditions:
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for detailed tasks.

• Work environment includes moderate noise levels and exposure to anodizing equipment and chemical tanks (PPE provided).
