Production Worker

We are looking for an all-around Production Worker who wants to learn different areas of the shop and who is capable of multi-tasking and taking initiative.  This is a chance to learn and develop your skills. Come be part of a small company with a great opportunity for advancement!

The Position/Requirements: 

1. Each employee is expected to follow work standard practices for physical duties, machine operation, performance output, quality and safety
2. Process job sheets using fabrication drawings, layout, fabricate, assemble, set up machines and read drawings.  Take responsibility for department metrics and continuously work to improve
3. Operate and maintain appropriate equipment relative to the operations
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure
5. Adapt to a changing work environment
6. Willingness to learn and works well with co-workers
7. Able to lift up to 30 lbs., stand while working and perform repetitive motions

Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM   Monday  - Friday

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00
