| Description | 1. Support and Conduct quality experiments using statistical methods 2. Program/Operate Keyence Imaging system 3. Perform PPAP submissions 4. Perform First articles, Incoming, In-process and Final inspections... 5. Facilitate Corrective / Preventative Actions for suppliers and customers (Internal & External) 6. Write up formal reports per customer specified formats or web pages. (FAIR) 7. Update quality specific work instructions and quality documentation as needed , including Quality Alerts, Control Plans, and Process FMEAs. |
| Requirements | 1. Previous manufacturing experience 2. Ability to read and interpret a variety of blueprints, including GD&T. 3. Knowledge of proper use of various inspection equipment and inspection methods. 4. Knowledge of Calibration Methods and Sampling Methods 5. Knowledge of Gage Capability Studies. 6. Ability to make decisions regarding conformance to specifications. 7. Must have strong Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) |
