• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media platforms.
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for both employee and subcontractor positions.
• Screen resumes and evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Schedule and conduct interviews according to company hiring processes.
• Collaborate with the executive team to perform cultural fit interviews.
• Report recruiting metrics and results to leadership.
• Assist in onboarding and welcoming new team members.
• Manage recruiting budgets and resources effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, labor markets, and external partners.
• Coordinate and host recruiting events and lunches to support hiring initiatives.
