Description
We are seeking a flexible, proactive, and collaborative Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and generating quotes for existing customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer relations skills and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing sales environment. 
Requirements
  1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
  2. Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order placement.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  4. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound calls and follow up on leads.
  5. Review & evaluate customer submitted specifications for providing accurate quote.
  6. Provide product information, pricing with estimated shipping, to customers.
  7. Collaborate with the production and shipping departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
  9. Customer Purchase Order Evaluation
  10. Work as a team & assist in other daily activities, as needed.
Physical Requirements
  1. Able to sit for >50% of their shift.
  2. Able to stand/walk for >50% of their shift.
