Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler – Forklift Operator to join a growing team in the Maple Grove/Brooklyn Park area. This position involves handling materials to and from production areas, operating powered industrial trucks, and ensuring accurate documentation of all material movement. Ideal candidates will be safety-conscious, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing production environment.
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler – Forklift Operator to join a growing team in the Maple Grove/Brooklyn Park area. This position involves handling materials to and from production areas, operating powered industrial trucks, and ensuring accurate documentation of all material movement. Ideal candidates will be safety-conscious, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate material handling equipment including counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, pickers, tuggers, and turret trucks
• Accurately pick, kit, and deliver material to designated locations in a timely manner
• Use handheld scanners and computers to complete material transactions
• Perform material audits, empty hoppers, and manage dunnage
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with safety standards
• Identify, document, and communicate discrepancies or improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of material handling experience preferred
• Ability to read standard work instructions and complete improvement documentation
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions with limited supervision

• Operation of cranes, hoists, and use of hand tools (e.g., box cutters, band cutters)
• Exposure to magnets that may interfere with medical devices
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for 8+ hour shifts
