Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused Production Metal Assembly Technician to join a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing team in Hamel, MN. In this role, you will assemble a variety of metal components and custom motion control products using hand tools, torque equipment, and measurement devices. Key Responsibilities
• Assemble metal components and custom products according to build sheets, prints, and specifications
• Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and measuring devices to ensure precision and quality
• Follow Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Bills of Operations (BOOs) for each job
• Enter production information and maintain accurate records within computer systems
• Assist with assembling custom, prototype, or specialty components
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Work performed in a clean, bright, climate-controlled manufacturing facility
