| Description | 1. Identifying, evaluating and placing qualified applicants at 100's of top clients in Minnesota. 2. Sourcing/Networking and connecting with people. 3. Pre-employment screening. 4. Develop the ability to have difficult conversations, learn people's stories and be an advocate and employment coach. 5. Attend and actively participate in internal staff meetings 6. Partner with business in the metro area, learn their processes, help improve and implement hiring strategies (growth opportunity in this role!) |
