| Description | 1. Assist customers and technicians by searching for product of request in the system, locating it in house or ordering it 2. Follow through with local vendors to ensure parts are being located in a timely manner 3. Offer customer service and phone support to customers and internal team 4. Create and submit Purchase Orders for needed items 5. Understand all vendor purchasing procedures and policies |
| Requirements | 1. Strong phone skills 2. Proven customer support 3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs 4. Prior customer support experience 5. Previous parts experience preferred |
| Physical Requirements | 1. Able to sit for long periods at a desk 2. Able to work with a computer and all of its components 3. Able to lift or carry up to 100 lbs |
