Company Info
    1. Accounts receivable invoicing, aging review and follow up
    2. Accounts payable/credit card entry and processing
    3. Prepare bank deposits and review bank reconciliations
    4. Bank deposits/internal deposits
    5. Track company assets, liabilities, P&L and tax liabilities
    6. Oversee payroll and review quarterlies and year-end reports
    7.  Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounts
    8.  Prepare journal entries to support the month-end closing process
    9.  Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
    10. Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports as requested by management
    11. Maintain records of transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and internal control procedures
    12. Ensure sales tax, corporate tax and other state fees are accurate and paid in a timely manner
    13. New vendor entry and W9 collections
    14. Collect resale certifications, process dealer/partner applications and perform credit checks
    15. Perform other duties as assigned by management
Administrative and Human Resources
    1. Manages record-keeping and document preparation
    2. Assists with policy and employee HR documentation
    3. Coordinates talent acquisition and onboarding
    4. Manages benefits program

Requirements    1. Ability to prioritize, be flexible and handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner to meet specific due dates
    2. General knowledge of GAAP
    3. Ability to use discretion, confidentiality and good judgment
    4. General knowledge of international business and accounting transactions
    5. Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
    6. Ability to collaborate and resource team members
    7.  Proficiency in QuickBooks and the use of personal computers including Microsoft and Apple based applications
    8. Strong written and oral communication skills
    9. Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
    10. Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation
    11. Ability to lift 15+ lbs. on an occasional basis
    12. Other duties as assigned
