Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin / Office Manager to support warehouse operations for a growing organization in Minneapolis. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a critical part in managing administrative, inventory, and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in office administration, invoicing, and freight coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the front-line receptionist and provide a professional and welcoming presence.
• Write and manage purchase and sales orders.
• Create purchase tickets and customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Schedule outbound freight shipments and coordinate with carriers.
• Review and verify freight bills for accuracy before processing payments.
• Schedule inbound shipments from dealers and suppliers.
• Support monthly inventory processes and data entry.
• Assist the Non-Ferrous General Manager with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
