Shift: 1st shift M-F – 8am to 5pm
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Customer Service / Receptionist to join a full-service healthcare provider in Anoka, MN. This dual-role position combines front desk responsibilities with customer service support, including responding to product inquiries, assisting with order tracking, handling returns questions, and coordinating communication across departments. This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer-focused mindset and previous administrative or accounting-related experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and route incoming customer, vendor, and third-party calls appropriately.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding stocked products, late or misdirected orders, and return processes.
  • Manage product-related inquiries via phone and email using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Greet and assist visitors at the reception desk near the building’s entrance.
  • Perform filing tasks and mail out customer statements and communications.
  • Support warehouse inventory adjustments and assist other departments with special projects.
  • Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Follow office procedures and meet deadlines independently and with accuracy.
  • Assist Office Manager with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, or accounting-related work is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet navigation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality required.

  • Requires sitting, using a computer, and phone communication for extended periods.
