Pay: $38-$48 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Install & Service Scheduling Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team in New Hope, MN. This position plays a vital role in coordinating installation and service projects, maintaining clear communication between customers, contractors, and technicians, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction scheduling, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot jobsite-related issues while supporting both field and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Install Manager in scheduling installation and service projects with homeowners and contractors.
• Communicate with installers and service technicians regarding scheduling, job site readiness, and technical questions.
• Review framing, site conditions, and other construction details to ensure installation readiness.
• Coordinate with contractors and homeowners to confirm appointments and resolve potential issues.
• Provide timely updates on project progress and changes to relevant team members.
• Maintain scheduling documentation and job tracking systems.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with contractors and ensure project timelines are met.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Support the service and installation teams with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in construction scheduling, coordination, or a similar role required.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with contractors, technicians, and homeowners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high customer satisfaction.
