Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Claims Department

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their Claims Department. Ideal candidates will bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Entry-level applicants are welcome — training is provided! This role offers career growth opportunities for motivated individuals who want to expand into claims handling and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and document incoming customer phone calls.
• Obtain estimates and input them into the internal database (basic drafting skills helpful but not required).
• Assist with negotiating claims and project estimates with insurance companies.
• Work closely with team members and customers to ensure projects and estimates are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Support internal processes and communication between departments to ensure claims progress smoothly.

Qualifications:
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Drafting experience is a plus, but not required — training will be provided.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a professional office environment with regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. The role involves primarily desk-based tasks with communication across multiple departments. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and focused on providing excellent service to customers and partners.
