The Counter Clerk serves as a key point of contact for customers, supporting daily counter operations through customer service, order fulfillment, and phone support. • Pick and pull appliance parts accurately based on customer requests
• Assist customers with basic product questions and order support
• Maintain an organized and clean counter and parts area
• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for customer pickup
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow company procedures for customer service and inventory handling
• Support daily operational needs as assigned
