| Description: | MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY - INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS: 1. Basic Assembly - Bag and serialize product, perform assembly of sub-assemblies, kits and basic product; assemble fittings, gauges, and systems; and utilize work instructions, assembly prints, tools and fixturing to engineering specification 2. Productivity and Efficiency - Seek and recommend ways to eliminate potential quality problems, to improve processes and increase department/division productivity; and communicate and keep production schedule updated 3. Inspection - Inspect product to meet quality standards MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY - HIGH PURITY PRODUCTS: 1. Basic Assembly - Perform assembly of various sub-components and bonnets in the bonnet assembly area, and bag and serialize product 2. Cleanline - Pick focus stores, run cleaning tanks, and dry products in vacuum ovens; enter serial numbers in computer; and run labels and assembles kits 3. Productivity and Efficiency - Seek and recommend ways to eliminate potential quality problems to improve processes and increase department/division productivity; maintain productivity and quality of products; and communicate and keep production schedule updated 4. Inspection - Inspect product to meet quality standards |
| Requirements: | 1. High School diploma/GED 2. Work with small parts 3. Read and understand written work instructions 4. Communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers, suppliers, and employees 5. Work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment 6. Knowledge of blueprints a plus |
