| Description: | 1. Assemble quality products according to schedule by following assembly procedures and filling out In-Process Sheets, and cross-train in other work cells as needed (90% monthly) 2. Maintain good housekeeping and empty garbage in cells (5% monthly) 3. Participate in required projects 4. Other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor 5. Suggest improvements in processes, fixtures, and tools that will make assembling more efficient and repeatable Note: Work hours necessary to complete schedule |
| Requirements: | 1. High mechanical ability with a good knowledge of various hand and power tools used in assembly 2. Good verbal communication 3. High attention to detail 4. Self-motivated and able to work independently |
| Physical Requirements: | 1. Lift up to 50lbs occasionally 2. Stand and bend most of the day |
