Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Assembler Lead to join and guide our dynamic team in Rogers, MN. This hands-on role combines technical assembly responsibilities with leadership duties to ensure high-quality production and efficient team coordination. The ideal candidate will bring experience in steel part assembly and a demonstrated ability to lead and train others in a shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and participate in the assembly of steel parts using hand tools and shop equipment
• Assign daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to production schedules
• Train new and existing team members on assembly procedures and safety standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve production issues
• Conduct quality checks and ensure consistent adherence to product specifications
• Foster a team-oriented environment with clear communication and accountability
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area for the team
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and guide the team through shifts in workload

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of assembly experience required; prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, organized, and proactive with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work overtime and assist across departments as needed
