| Description: | 1. Read & follow Manufactued Electronic Scheduler (MES) & other instructions in order to build and assemble parts 2. Maintains acceptable levels of efficiency and quality 3. May align and shim for proper fit 4. Makes routine inspection of products after assembling 5. Operates small hand and power tools 6. Provide training to others 7. Maintain a 5S work area 8. Performs audits and provides feedback on work instructions 9. Displays motivation, optimism, and sense of urgency |
| Requirements: | 1. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics required 2. Previous experience with power tools and machine tools, such as a drill press 3. Mechanical aptitude 4. 3-5 years of mechanical assembly experinece required5. Able to accurately perform basic math 6. High school diploma or GED preferred 7. Must have basic computer skills |
