Description
This job requires the individual to perform many skills related to the operations and productions of the team.  This individual must be organized, and detail orientated.  Employees must have the ability to accomplish many different tasks throughout the workday.  We look to constantly improve in all areas of the organization while we solve our customers’ problems with a positive, hard-working attitude.  The following core values are essential for this position:  Prudence, Positive ‘Can Do’ Attitude and Teamwork/Collaboration.
Requirements
  1. Pulling material, cutting, fitting and installing snaps and other hardware
  2. Snap finished covers on boats and Quality Control
  3. Sweep all shop floors and keep them free of debris
  4. Empty all garbage in shop daily and throughout the day as needed
  5. Lot cleanliness (Garbage, fabric scraps, wood blocks, snap studs, screws, snap caps and pallets)
  6. Install hat vents in finished covers after they have been sewn.
  7. Keep boats hardware cabinet and bench clean and organized
  8. Put away incoming repairs from the front counter and keep all repair storage locations neat and clean with tags facing out,
  9. Bend frames for tops and enclosures
  10. Mount frames for tops, enclosure, and Biminis
  11. Final install and Quality Control tops and enclosures 
Physical Requirements
•  Ability to lift 50 lbs.
