| Salary: | $22-23+ hour (depending on experience) |

| Description: | 1. Follow work orders from company dispatch to client location and perform on site repairs. 2. Working in apartment buildings doing maintenance work 3. Plumbing, light electrical, wall repair, door repair, etc.. |
| Requirements: | 1. MUST have a well-rounded maintenance background including general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills 2. Candidates who are insurable 3. Operate power and hand tools in a safe manner 4. Strong customer relation skills 5. Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle 6. Read, write, and speak English 7. Boiler and/or CPO and or/EPA experience is preferred 8. Must be able to provide own (basic) tools: power drill, tape measure, screwdrivers, hammer, etc |
