Job Summary:
The CNC Machinist plays a critical role in transforming raw materials into precision components that meet exact engineering and customer requirements. You’ll work independently on CNC equipment, interpret detailed prints, and ensure every part leaving your machine reflects craftsmanship and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment to produce precision components
• Machine parts according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Apply GD&T principles to achieve proper tolerances and part functionality
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to verify accuracy
• Manage jobs according to production schedules and deadlines
• Record job progress and production data accurately
• Maintain machines for optimal performance and safe operation
• Follow all safety, quality, and customer requirements
• Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Solid understanding of GD&T
• Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanically inclined, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to independently set up and operate CNC machines
• Machine Tool Technology diploma or equivalent hands-on machining experience preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Proficiency using precision measurement and inspection tools
• Solid understanding of GD&T
