Job Description

Job Title: CNC Operator
Status: Full Time (Temp-to-Hire)
Work Type: In Person
Pay: $20–$24 per hour (DOE)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6am-2:30pm

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC milling machines according to blueprints and job specifications, ensuring parts are produced accurately and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using precision measuring tools, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC mills following blueprints and job specifications.
Load raw materials into machines and oversee the machining process.
Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.

Requirements

Previous CNC operating experience required.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials required.
