We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist for a direct hire opportunity in the West Metro. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC swiss machines to perform routine and repetitive operations, meeting customer specifications, quality standards, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines
• Fabricate new components according to Engineering drawings
• Verify work using a variety of precision measurement tools
• Follow scheduled job timelines and report job progress in the system
• Maintain quality standards per customer specifications
• Work from blueprints and engineering documentation
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly production goals
• Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines

Required Qualifications:
• Ability to set up and operate CNC Swiss machines
• Two-year Machine Tool diploma or degree, or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Working knowledge of GD&T
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in a production or machining environment
• Familiarity with scheduling systems for job tracking

Working Conditions:
This position requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit manufacturing facility. Personal protective equipment such as eye protection and gloves may be required based on specific job functions.
