This role involves operating CNC lathes and turning machines to produce accurate, high-quality parts according to blueprints and program specifications. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of CNC machining experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC lathes and turning machines following detailed specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and CNC programs
• Set up parts, monitor operations, and make adjustments for accuracy
• Deburr machined parts and remove sharp edges
• Operate a tumbler and inspect parts using a Debore Gauge
• Package completed parts for shipping
• Maintain safe work practices and ensure machines run efficiently
• Operate CNC lathes and turning machines following detailed specifications

Qualifications:

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work overtime as needed

Working Conditions:
• Standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
