Job Summary:
As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will work directly alongside a Certified Carpenter at both residential and commercial job sites. You will assist in the fabrication, construction, installation, and repair of structural woodwork and wood products. Following blueprints, drawings, and verbal instruction, you’ll gain hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment while ensuring high-quality workmanship and proper finishing. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade in a supportive, professional environment.

• Perform basic carpentry work while learning advanced skills on the job.
• Support fabrication, installation, and finishing of woodwork according to plans.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition.
• Contribute to quality control by inspecting completed carpentry work.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards at all times.
• Participate in restoration work related to fire, water, and storm damage as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
