Description
The Commercial Project Coordinator (CPC) is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity. The CPC is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of the Commercial HVAC (CH) & Commercial Plumbing (CP) Managers.
  1. Assist in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, request for proposals, RFI’s, budgets, schedule submittals, O&M Manuals, issue sub contracts, letters of intent and purchase orders
  2. Assist in the review of quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.
  3. Fill out and apply for permits under correct jurisdiction for the job. 
  4. Assist Superintendents with scheduling city inspections for the job. 
  5. Be aware of backorder status on purchase orders and follow up with vendors.
  6. Create and edit job plans & documents
  7. Utilize ProCore for communication with General Contractors. ie: submittals, plans, approvals

Requirements
  1. Reading, writing, and math skills required.
  2. Requires ability to perform general computer skills and functions.
  3. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  4. Knowledge of the building development/redevelopment industry.
  5. Familiarity with construction methods.
  6. Knowledge of pricing and purchasing
  7. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  9. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  10. Obtain a high level of organization and thoroughness while multi-tasking functions of several ongoing projects.
  11. Committed to, and engaged in, ongoing growth and development both personally and professionally while expressing a strong willingness to work with others
