Description
The Contents Technician is responsible for inventorying, packing, cleaning, and restoring personal and commercial property contents that have been damaged by water, fire, smoke, mold, or other disasters. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
Requirements
  • Perform assigned cleaning duties without supervision assigned
  • Assist in loading the van and have all equipment and products needed for the job
  • Maintain a valid Minnesota Driver’s License with a clean DMV history
  • Conduct thorough inventory and documentation of contents, including photographs and detailed descriptions
  • Clean and restore contents using specialized equipment and techniques with strong attention to detail
  • Perform deodorization, drying, and other restoration processes
  • Ensure all contents are properly labeled and tracked throughout the restoration process
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and insurance adjusters regarding the status of contents.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all restoration activities.
Physical Requirements
  • Willingness to utilize appropriate protective clothing and accessories as needed to protect from fumes, weather elements and equipment.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
