| Description | 1. Review and process customer orders, inquiries, and other transactions 2. Work with clients on commitment dates of completion and delivery 3. Intake of customer calls 4. Work closely with Outside Sales managing sales promotions and new product releases 5. Coordinate with Service Department for in-house and field service sales 6. Manage house accounts facilitating new sales to achieve goals |
| Requirements | 1. High School Diploma or equivalent 2. 1-2 years customer service experience 3. Experience in distribution and manufacturing a plus 4. Excellent communication an interpersonal skills 5. Excellent computer and keyboard skills 6. Ability to multi-task 7. Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus 8. Highly organized, detail oriented, with ability to document and record data |
