Job Title: Customer Service Rep
 Status: Part Time (25–30 Hours Weekly) M-F Noon-4:30pm
 Work Type: Temp to Hire
 Location: Blaine, MN
Pay: $18-$22/hr

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service. This role includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing emails, supporting technicians with job documentation, and maintaining organized office processes. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, tech-savvy, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage office communications including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  2. Perform data entry and maintain customer and job files with accuracy
  3. Schedule appointments and support coordination for technicians
  4. Maintain office schedules, workflows, and administrative processes
  5. Accurately complete job documentation so technicians understand project details
  6. Provide excellent customer service and a professional office experience
  7. Support a fast-moving environment with high attention to detail
  8. Uphold and model the client’s mission, values, and core standards
  Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of office management, call center management, or related administrative experience in HVAC industry preferred
  2. Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office
  3. Experience with Service Titan or similar service software is a plus
  4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize detailed information
  5. Strong judgment and ability to work independently
  6. Professional communication and customer service skills
 
Working Conditions:
  1. In-person office environment
  2. Must be able to work safely at a desk or workstation
