You’ll go beyond standard order entry to become a proactive resource, supporting key customer relationships and contributing to overall client satisfaction and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage order lifecycles
• Proactively communicate updates, delivery schedules, and resolve issues
• Act as the main point of contact for OEM customer inquiries
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics
• Leverage ERP/CRM data to identify customer trends and address issues
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and technical concerns
• Maintain and update customer records
• Recommend process or product improvements based on insights
• Support ERP/CRM modernization efforts (e.g., Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Salesforce)
• Use digital tools and portals to streamline communication
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service operations
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key OEM contacts
• Share customer insights with leadership and escalate critical concerns
• Ensure consistent, positive client experiences with high-value partners

• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex orders
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
