January-April 30-35 hours per shift; Monday through Friday (Morning Shift 8:30am-1:30pm) OR
(Afternoon Shift: 1:30pm-6:00pm), Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm
Experience Office experience preferred 
EducationHigh School Diploma and an interest in income tax preparation and accounting.
Salary$23 - $27

Description
  • Assemble and Organize Documents: Carefully prepare and organize financial documents, Tax returns, and client files. Ensure that all materials are accurately assembled according to specific guidelines and requirements.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of
    discretion and professionalism. Safeguard all documents and client data to ensure privacy and compliance with confidentiality agreements.
  • Perform Data Entry and Verification: Accurately enter data and verify information to prevent errors.
    Double-check all work to ensure precision and consistency.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with team members to streamline document handling processes and address any discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure a Clean Workspace: Maintain an organized and tidy workspace to support a productive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot and correct errors, ensuring that all work meets high standards of accuracy.
  • Confidentiality: Proven experience handling sensitive information responsibly. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage confidential documents securely.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Professional Communication: Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential for interacting with team members and handling client information
