We are seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined Electrical Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Princeton, MN. Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings for accurate assembly.
- Wire control panels and connect components such as sensors, motors, relays, and PLCs.
- Route and terminate electrical cables and harnesses according to design specifications.
- Perform system testing and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Collaborate with engineers and fellow team members to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment aligned with OSHA and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of electrical assembly or industrial wiring experience (technical school or equivalent may be considered).
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Familiarity with control systems, including PLC components, sensors, and relays.
- Basic understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC) and general industry wiring practices.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as multimeters.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

- Standing, lifting, and hands-on work required.
