Job Summary:
The Entry Level Machinist role is designed for individuals interested in starting a career in precision machining. This position provides hands-on training under the guidance of experienced supervisors and machinists. The trainee will learn to set up and operate machines, monitor product quality, and understand company processes and quality standards. This role offers a strong foundation for long-term growth within the machining trade.

Key Responsibilities:
• Learn to set up and operate machining equipment under supervision
• Monitor product quality to ensure parts meet specifications
• Inspect finished parts using basic measurement tools
• Follow established machining processes and quality requirements
• Assist with machine adjustments and routine maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Accurately document production and quality information as required
• Follow all safety policies and manufacturing procedures
• Work closely with supervisors and mentors to develop machining skills
• Learn to set up and operate machining equipment under supervision
