Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an entry level welder and fabricator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion to learn welding and fabrication, with a strong focus on quality and safety. You will work on a variety of projects, contributing to the fabrication of metal components for diverse applications. They must be mechanically inclined and have some relatable experience working in an industrial environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Working on a variety of heavy industrial projects 
  • Running short and long term production runs
  • Using a variety of metals
  • Cross training in various departments


Qualifications: 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.  Company will train to weld and fabricate.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A desire to learn welding
  • Measure, cut, trim material          
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used


Working Conditions
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
