Job Summary:
The Experienced CNC Machinist is responsible for operating CNC milling, turning, and Swiss-style machines to produce precision parts that meet engineering and quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor machining processes independently. Machinists with setup and programming experience are highly valued and can earn at the higher end of the pay range. This position is ideal for professionals who take pride in precision work and want consistent hours with overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate single-spindle and multi-spindle CNC machines (Mill, Lathe, and/or Swiss)
• Monitor machining processes to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards
• Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify part accuracy
• Load materials and adjust tooling offsets as required
• Identify and troubleshoot machining issues during production
• Follow job travelers, prints, and work instructions
• Maintain machine performance and report maintenance needs
• Document production data and job progress accurately
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the machining department

• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist required
• Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
