Job Title:Finisher
Job Type:Full Time - Temporary January-Mid February
Location:Maple Grove
Shift/Hours:1st Shift   6am -3:15 pm M-Thur, 6 am – 11 am Fri
Career Level:2-5 years
Education:High School Degree or equivalent
Salary:$25-$28  DOQ


Description:
1. Apply stains, primer, lacquer manually, in spray booth or on job
sites as well as glazing
2. Operate sanders, sprayers, finishing equipment
3. Perform as a team member, noting that what is completed or missed at this station can affect other steps for others - always paying attention to quality
4. Perform preventative care on finishing equipment

Requirements:1. Finishing experience, including spraying
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Work independently or with a team
4. Desire to learn and improve
5. Has prior experience with a nail gun, table saw, etc.
6. Two years cabinet finishing experience preferred
7. Able to take direction and make changes as necessary
8. Proficiency in all finishing techniques

Physical Requirements:
1. Able to stand for long periods of time
2. Able to lift up to 50 bs
3. Able to do repetitive tasks with few breaks
