Part-Time to start.  Flexible Training, 4-5 hours a day for the first 4 weeks.     Successful Candidate has the opportunity to be full-time after 4 weeks or sooner.
 
Experience Level
2 years’ experience with QuickBooks (Data Entry)
Knowledge of HR policies is a plus.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
 
Salary
 $19 - $20 / Hour

Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources/ Customer Service Admin Assistant to join their team. This role is crucial in managing the daily office operations, handling human resource functions and ensuring excellent customer service.  Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Answering the phone to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
  • Manage invoicing, billing and basic data entry in QuickBooks
  • Making customer collection calls
  • Support leadership with reports and operational improvements
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance
  • Manage payroll, benefits and employee relations
  • Support performance management and training initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-Savvy is a plus
  • Familiarity with employment laws and payroll systems is preferred
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
 
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work safely in a busy office environment
