Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Line Lead to oversee and guide daily operations on a semi-automated production line processing dry food materials. This hands-on leadership role involves coordinating workflow, verifying line setup, maintaining quality and productivity standards, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and strong leadership skills to ensure consistent, efficient production in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee a team of 1–4 employees to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Verify line setup, materials, and equipment prior to production runs.
• Collaborate with Material Handlers and line operators to calibrate production equipment for each order.
• Conduct in-process checks to confirm production meets all quality and filling specifications.
• Assemble and disassemble production equipment as needed.
• Communicate specifications and expectations clearly to team members.
• Assist with training new leads and production staff to ensure consistency and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain awareness of quality, productivity, and safety drivers to meet daily production goals.
• Identify and communicate operational challenges, propose solutions, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Lead by example to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production area.

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a positive, team-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and adherence to operational and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred).
