Job Title: Local CDL Delivery Driver
Status: Full Time (Temp-to-Hire)
Work Type: In Person
Location: Becker, MN
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $26 – $29 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Local CDL Delivery Driver to join our 1st shift operations. This role is perfect for a safety-minded professional who values strong customer service and prefers to be home every night. All deliveries are local, with opportunities for overtime as business needs allow. During non-driving periods, the driver may also assist with general facility operations to support overall workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily pre-trip inspections before vehicle operation.
Conduct scheduled maintenance or report issues promptly.
Maintain accurate logbooks and driver paperwork.
Safely load and unload trailers as needed.
Complete local deliveries and pickups.
Move trailers on-site as directed.
Submit signed BOLs and delivery documentation promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and DOT regulations.

Requirements

Valid MN Class A CDL.
Current DOT Physical Card.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
2+ years of CDL driving experience.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-focused.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs multiple times daily.
Sitting: < 50% of the day.
Standing/Walking: < 25% of the day.
Bending/Crouching: < 25% of the day.
