Job Summary:
A well-established manufacturing facility is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Shop Helper. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on production environment and is looking to build long-term experience in a clean and well-run shop setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished parts coming off the paint, powder coat, and foam production lines
- Perform visual checks to ensure quality standards are met
- Package parts accurately and securely for shipment
- Prepare and organize products for outgoing deliveries
- Support production and warehouse teams with general shop tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Strong attention to detail, especially during inspection tasks
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and prioritize tasks
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally (majority of items are 1 lb or less)
