Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Welder to join our team at our location in Blaine, MN, where precision and craftsmanship are central to everything we build. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and joining metals and components to fabricate mechanical structures and machinery. Key Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding layouts and procedures.
• Choose the appropriate welding equipment or techniques based on specifications.
• Set up and prepare components for welding, including using grinders and other tools.
• Align and clamp parts using calipers, rulers, and fixtures.
• Perform manual and semi-automatic welding (MIG, Arc, Spot, Gas) in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).
• Inspect welds and final products for quality and safety standards.
• Repair metal structures and equipment by welding and filling gaps.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working condition.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required protective gear.

• Knowledge of welding safety protocols and PPE use.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a welding apprenticeship or trade program preferred.
• AWS Welding Certification is a plus.
• Proficient English communication skills.
