Job Title:  Warehouse – Shipping and Receiving
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Blaine, MN
Shift/Hours:  1st Shift:  7:30 AM – 4:00 PM  Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Job Overview:
We are currently hiring a customer-facing Warehouse - Shipping and Receiving associate for our Blaine, MN facility. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift, and a solid, reliable work history. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate sit-down forklifts to load and unload trucks and perform material handling
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Use computer systems and scanners to track inventory and shipment status
  • Read and interpret purchase orders and print documentation
  • Support inventory control and organization in the warehouse
  • Assist with order fulfillment and receiving procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
  • Sit-down forklift experience is required
  • Minimum of 1–2 years warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
  • Stable work history is a must
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Comfortable using computers and warehouse scanners
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior customer service experience is highly preferred

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and move throughout the workday
