Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Masking Team Lead to support and oversee the masking department on 1st shift. In this hands-on leadership role, you will perform masking and plugging tasks while coordinating workflow, supporting training efforts, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate brings prior masking/plugging experience, strong communication skills, a reliable work history, and the ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. This position is perfect for someone who is meticulous, team-oriented, and comfortable guiding others in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support masking technicians throughout daily production activities
• Train new team members on proper masking/plugging methods and quality standards
• Perform masking and plugging using tapes, caps, plugs, and other specialty materials
• Inspect work to confirm masking accuracy and part quality
• Assist with coordinating workflow to ensure jobs are completed on time
• Communicate production updates, issues, and priorities with supervisors
• Maintain organized work areas with proper labeling and documentation
• Troubleshoot masking challenges and make recommendations for improvements
• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and quality requirements

• Prior masking or plugging experience is required
